PA State Park ADA Accessible Dock Addition

Little Buffalo State Park added a new addition to increase outdoor recreation opportunities and accessibility for all! A new ADA accessible dock featuring an instructional diagram, transfer bench with handrails, and ramp was recently installed in the park. The ramp hosts an extended platform giving the opportunity for additional assistance if needed. The transfer bench is adjustable with two heights that allow users to scoot their way into their boats. In addition, on the other side of the dock is a Residential Launch allowing visitors to safely and securely step into their boats and easily launch into the water.
